Iranian Quranic Delegation’s Visit to Malaysia’s JAKIM
TEHRAN (IQNA) – During a trip to Malaysia for the Southeast Asian country’s 62nd international Holy Quran competition in late October, an Iranian Quranic delegation paid a visit to the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM).
The delegation, headed by Alireza Moaf, the Quran and Etrat deputy of Iranian Culture and Islamic Guidance Ministry, and accompanied by Iranian Ambassador Ali Asghar Mohammadi and Cultural Attaché Mohammad Oraei Karimi, held talks with a number of JAKIM officials during the meeting.
